What you'll do

• Set visitor service standards and train staff in customer service, accessibility, membership promotion, and point-of-sale procedures
• oversee site transactions, records, budgets, and reporting
• lead and support hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and development of staff
• supervise the Regional Volunteer Coordinator
• coordinate site safety and sanctuary events
• assess staffing and seasonal needs
• travel among regional sanctuaries and work occasional evenings and weekends.
