What you'll do

• Supervise nursing staff on shift
• perform or oversee resident assessments and respond to changes in condition
• coordinate with physicians and the care team
• ensure accurate records, care plans, incident reports, and handoffs
• oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned
• provide direct nursing care when needed
• mentor and support staff
• maintain compliance with facility policies and regulations.
