What you'll do

• Engage members and identify financial needs
• present and refer products including consumer loans, specialty accounts, protection products, and digital tools
• process cash, vault, and account transactions
• support account openings and loan applications
• follow up with members
• maintain interaction records
• assist with escalations, coaching, cross-training, and branch sales initiatives.
