What you'll do

• Manage bookings
• welcome and check out guests and process payments accurately
• recommend memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards
• assist with laundry, sanitation, and general cleaning
• resolve guest inquiries and concerns
• consult with guests about needs and recommend aligned services
• build rapport and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Must be available for 32 or more hours per week, including a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends, and have dependable transportation to travel between locations if needed.
