The Team Leader — Assembly, Second Shift role is fully onsite in Delaware, OH. Starting pay is $31 per hour plus a $0.75-per-hour shift differential. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with 2–4 weeks of first-shift training Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Wieland manufactures, processes, and distributes copper and copper-alloy products; this role supports assembly of HVAC equipment. The role leads and coordinates production associates to keep assembly work aligned with safety, quality, operating procedures, and customer timelines. Shift meetings, production updates, and documented handovers help maintain continuity and meet commitments.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate production associates
• monitor and communicate unit status to the Value Stream team
• ensure adherence to safety, quality, operating procedures, and company policies
• conduct daily Tier 1 meetings
• document handover information about unit status and process stage
• maintain team time and performance records.
