The Account Supervisor serves as the strategic link between airline partners and internal operations teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client relationships. This role exists to act as the primary point of contact for key airline customers, aligning expectations and driving operational excellence. The supervisor manages day-to-day account activities, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates across functions to ensure contract compliance and continuous service improvement.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary point of contact for airline partners
• ensure accurate account billing and service delivery
• oversee inventory management and par levels
• monitor equipment inventories
• coordinate catering operations for on-time departures
• implement menu and service changes
• ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, and safety standards
• analyze flight attendant feedback and delay trends
• support culinary presentations
• track quality performance metrics.
