What you'll do

• Supervise and support powder-coating production teams
• oversee surface preparation, pretreatment, powder application, and curing
• inspect coating thickness, adhesion, and appearance
• interpret blueprints and work orders
• set up and troubleshoot coating equipment
• maintain equipment
• promote safety and OSHA compliance
• coordinate with departments
• train and develop team members
• use ERP, scheduling, and Microsoft Office systems.
