What you'll do

• Respond to IT requests and incidents
• troubleshoot Tier 1 hardware, software, Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, connectivity, VPN, and access issues
• assist with selected Tier 2 work under guidance
• support onboarding and offboarding
• fulfill approved identity and access requests
• track equipment
• follow security and change procedures
• document resolutions
• maintain knowledge articles
• and use approved AI-enabled automations with review.
