What you'll do

• Provide front-counter customer service and direct incoming calls
• enter and update restraining orders and case records
• receive, sort, and distribute mail
• copy, file, retrieve, and organize court documents
• update case systems with continuances and depositions
• respond to routine requests about cases, scheduling, and court procedures
• assist with forms and scheduling
• support probation officers with case closing, assignments, documentation, and indigency reports
• prepare documents for court sessions
• request information from agencies and courts
• maintain case-processing statistics.
