Receiving Warehouse Technician

Job overview

The Receiving Warehouse Technician role is onsite in De Smet, SD. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. The position works with the Receiving Technician II and coordinates with production, quality assurance, accounting, and shipping. This role receives and organizes incoming materials, stages supplies for production and shipping, and processes inventory transactions to support safe, accurate warehouse and production workflows.

What you'll do

• Unload and receive incoming products, parts, and materials
• report defective or questionable materials
• put away goods and maintain an organized dock
• stage raw materials for production and products for shipping
• return unused staged materials
• process transactions in the company business system
• operate a box baler
• cross-train as needed
• use a forklift and pallet jacks after training.
