Social Media Intern

The Social Media Intern role is onsite in Columbia, MO. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The paid, part-time internship supports PABLO’s social channels and Highball’s presence in Columbia. The intern creates and publishes social content, helps maintain a content calendar, engages with audiences, coordinates creator content, and tracks basic performance. The work supports brand awareness and helps the team understand which content is effective.

What you'll do

• Help manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
• create and post photos, videos, stories, reels, and TikToks
• capture content during service, events, and late-night programming
• plan content around events, specials, menu items, and promotions
• respond to comments and messages
• coordinate with social media ambassadors
• track basic performance.
