What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations for local and regional explosive-detection canine teams
• conduct compliance audits, proficiency assessments, and inventory checks
• prepare handlers and canines for recertification
• coordinate schedules, event deployments, and emergency-response coverage
• mentor handlers and trainers
• direct training and corrective plans
• coordinate with venue, corporate-security, and aviation/cargo stakeholders
• and monitor service-level agreements and program performance.
