Director of Lending Operations

The Director of Lending Operations role is hybrid, primarily based at one of the listed offices in Lakeville, Mankato, or Rochester, MN, or Onalaska, WI, with occasional remote work. What you'll do

• Lead Client Service team members and team leaders
• communicate goals and expectations
• establish service guidelines
• select, coach, train, evaluate, and develop team leaders
• assess team capacity and organization
• visit local offices at least twice per year
• facilitate meetings
• help define team strategy
• collaborate on loan systems, technology, policies, and procedures
• follow up on audit items
• drive continuous process improvement.
