Warranty Technician

The Warranty Technician role is a full-time, field-based onsite position serving projects in the Austin area, including San Antonio and Austin-area projects. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Respond to assigned warranty calls
• diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, drain stoppages, fixtures, water heaters, and supply and waste lines
• document findings, work, materials, and photos
• communicate scheduling and next steps
• report recurring issues to Warranty and Quality teams
• maintain vehicle and tool inventory
• follow safety rules, codes, and company standards.
