What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to equipment, buildings, grounds, parking lots, and landscaping
• trim trees, shrubs, and weeds and remove trash
• perform minor electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting repairs
• assemble, install, and move furniture
• set up rooms for classes and events
• rekey locks and repair door hardware
• perform carpet and parking lot repairs
• salt parking lots and sidewalks
• load and unload delivery trucks
• complete annual forklift training when applicable
• report deficiencies to management.
