The Automotive HVAC Assembly Technician role is onsite in Carey, OH, with listed pay of $16.85–$17.60 per hour, depending on shift. Acloché’s manufacturing team assembles automotive climate-control components used in vehicles nationwide. The technician assembles and tests HVAC subassemblies, inspects products, supports production changeovers, and records production and quality information. This work helps the team meet quality standards and customer production commitments.

What you'll do

• Hand-assemble plastic and mechanical HVAC parts
• use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• inspect components and finished units
• support line changeovers, station setups, and production startups
• log production counts and quality checks
• follow work instructions and safety and quality procedures
• maintain an organized work area.

Why this role

Onsite training is provided; manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required. First shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM at $16.85/hour; second shift is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM at $17.60/hour, with overtime as needed.
