Principal Consultant, Customer Success

The Principal Consultant role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with a base salary range of $100,000–$225,000 per year. Appian Customer Success advises commercial clients and supports adoption of Appian’s AI-powered process automation platform. The consultant leads enterprise implementation work, guides technical teams, and partners with client and Appian leaders to deliver secure, scalable automation solutions. The role also mentors consultants and helps clients build process applications independently.

What you'll do

• Lead project lifecycle for custom Appian automation solutions
• direct and mentor consultants
• collaborate on system architecture
• build integrations using REST, SOAP, and JDBC
• oversee relational data models and SQL database designs
• work with client executives and technical stakeholders to support platform adoption.
