What you'll do

• Monitor, maintain, and repair building systems, including mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and life safety, controls, and HVAC.
• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, review system inspections, maintain energy efficiency, and follow applicable codes, safety requirements, and hazardous-material procedures.
• The role requires Universal CFC and U.S.
• citizenship, with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
