What you'll do

• Safely transport residents to appointments, therapy visits, outings, and other activities
• coordinate appointments and transportation schedules
• communicate arrangements with families and facility staff
• assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle
• inspect and maintain vehicle readiness
• keep transportation logs and documentation
• assist with appointment, transfer, and discharge clerical duties.
