What you'll do

• Lead strategic process improvement initiatives and workstreams
• define scope, goals, and deliverables
• develop and track project plans, milestones, metrics, and risks
• conduct process mapping and analysis
• recommend process solutions and troubleshoot implementation issues
• analyze internal data and compile performance metrics
• facilitate cross-functional events
• train teams on process improvement methodologies.
