What you'll do

• Enter patient and visit information into the Athena EMR
• support billing operations, claim correction, and documentation
• assist with basic coding tasks when needed
• verify insurance eligibility
• manage patient and insurance accounts receivable follow-up
• communicate with billing staff and insurers
• provide administrative support
• maintain HIPAA compliance.
