What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair drones and docking and charging stations at customer sites
• diagnose faults
• repair or replace components including propellers, motors, electronic speed controllers, batteries, gimbals, and cameras
• update firmware and calibrate equipment
• complete scheduled maintenance and inspections
• follow lithium battery procedures
• record faults, repairs, parts, and follow-up work
• maintain spare parts and report recurring problems
• explain repairs and next steps to customers.
