The Pharmacist, Home Infusion role is onsite in Bentonville, AR, with compensation of $67–$70 per hour. The pharmacist joins Amerita’s Pharmacy team and reports to the Pharmacy Manager; the stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to home-infusion patients, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to assess therapy, monitor outcomes, support safe medication use, and coordinate referrals and admissions.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and monitor drug therapy in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• review and verify patient orders
• assess patient, drug, and disease information
• monitor laboratory and clinical outcomes
• counsel patients, families, and clinicians
• document clinical activities
• check medications, supplies, and equipment before dispensing
• compound sterile mixtures using aseptic technique where permitted
• maintain clean-room compliance with USP 797 and USP 800
• and oversee pharmacy technician functions as required by Pharmacy Board rules.
