What you'll do

• Review the production schedule
• verify equipment cleanliness before startup
• batch products and add vitamins
• record lot numbers
• monitor ingredient wholesomeness and UHT processes
• manage ingredient identification in SAP
• maintain hourly check documents
• report abnormalities and mechanical issues
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• sample, unload, and clean milk and cream tankers
• unload sugar tankers
• operate CIP
• follow Good Manufacturing Practices and PPE requirements.
