What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
• draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and other contracts
• conduct due diligence and review title and survey matters
• guide transactions through closing
• advise clients on transactions and development
• collaborate with attorneys across real estate, business, and finance matters
• build client relationships through practical legal guidance.
