What you'll do

• Source and track project opportunities
• review bid documents for scope relevance
• maintain digital bid folders and tracking systems
• perform quantity takeoffs for ductwork, equipment, and piping
• review drawings and specifications
• assist with vendor and subcontractor pricing
• assemble and submit proposals
• track bid status and follow up
• compile awarded project documentation and coordinate handoff.
