The banker processes transactions, opens and maintains accounts, answers customer questions, recommends relevant products, and supports branch closing and recordkeeping.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, money orders, loan payments, and safe deposit box rentals
• open and maintain deposit and checking accounts
• explain products and services
• address customer inquiries and complaints
• make referrals to other bank departments
• prepare daily proof sheets and assist with branch closing
• maintain customer, account, and safe deposit records.
