What you'll do

• Supervise and assist with banquet setup, service, and cleanup
• hold pre-function meetings and check staffing and menus
• assign staff tasks
• serve food and beverages according to event orders
• respond to guest requests and complaints
• maintain safe food handling and clean work areas
• manage event charges in the FOSSE system
• and communicate suggestions to Events and Food and Beverage managers.
