• build candidate pipelines
• source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring lifecycle
• advise hiring managers on talent markets, interview processes, and selection strategies
• facilitate offer negotiations
• use ATS platforms for workflows, reporting, and candidate tracking.
