What you'll do

• Translate business objectives into operational plans
• lead production planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery
• coach and mentor managers and supervisors
• develop and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, identify cost savings, and improve processes
• lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, Six Sigma projects, and technology upgrades
• ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and customer delivery commitments.
