What you'll do

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours
• manage leasing inquiries through signed leases
• follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and CRM
• handle leasing paperwork and application screening
• support move-ins, resident retention, and renewals
• keep the model unit, leasing office, and common areas tour-ready
• create and post social media content
• capture photos and short videos
• respond to online inquiries
• promote availability, specials, and events
• support online reviews and reputation management.
