What you'll do

• Manage asbestos cases through client meetings, discovery responses, depositions, motions, and trial preparation. Research exposure, corporate liability, product identification, and industry practices
• collaborate with experts
• review document productions
• develop liability theories
• stay current on litigation developments, regulations, and scientific studies
• document clients’ exposure histories.
