What you'll do

• Describe menu items, beverages, and specials
• greet guests, take drink and food orders, and check identification for alcoholic beverage orders
• deliver food as ordered and check guest satisfaction
• prepare itemized guest tickets
• complete assigned opening and closing side work
• perform supply checks and report replenishment needs
• maintain a clean work area
• assist with bussing, greeting, seating, buffet service, and other departments when needed
• report guest feedback and facility concerns to a supervisor or manager
• work required marketing special events and concerts.
