Compensation includes a $55,000 annual base salary; a three-month ramp-up guarantee equivalent to $75,000 annualized; and top performers may reach six-figure earnings. Rocky Mountain Laboratories provides diagnostic testing services to healthcare practices. The representative grows existing accounts and develops new diagnostic-testing partnerships with outpatient practices. The role builds relationships, explains service value, manages the sales cycle, and coordinates with internal teams to support retention and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop territory strategy
• manage and grow client accounts through visits and reviews
• identify opportunities to expand testing
• prospect for new business
• present to clinical and administrative stakeholders
• manage new-account sales through contracting and onboarding
• maintain CRM records, pipeline, and forecasts
• coordinate onboarding and ongoing service
• travel frequently throughout the territory.
