What you'll do

• Own the Enterprise Asset Management practice’s P&L, planning, budgeting, and strategic direction
• manage the opportunity pipeline and pursue new work with marketing
• identify teaming partners
• lead or support proposals, technical approaches, and client management
• provide technical leadership and mentorship
• oversee quality assurance and quality control
• coordinate project staffing and resources
• manage staff performance and utilization
• contribute to marketing and business planning
• build client relationships
• assist with recruiting
• travel to project and client sites for presentations, interviews, design, and coordination meetings.
