Occupational Therapist

Provides occupation therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care and as defined in the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act. Develops treatment program and establishes goals for improved function. Communicates plan of care to referring physician and other Organization professionals as needed. May teach new skills or retrain patient in once familiar daily activiti
