Payroll Operations Employee Services Specialist

What you'll do

• Enter job, salary, and personal data not interfaced from the HRIS
• coordinate payroll deadlines with the managed services provider
• analyze and resolve HRIS and payroll data discrepancies
• review and approve inputs and audit reports
• support garnishments and off-cycle payrolls
• respond to employee questions about records, time, earnings, deductions, and taxes
• manage ServiceNow and ADP CRM tickets
• maintain confidentiality, data privacy, security, and SOX compliance.
