What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• staff the front desk and assist guests, associates, vendors, and delivery personnel
• verify visitor access and issue credentials as directed
• maintain visitor and incident documentation
• monitor entrances, access activity, and security systems
• report unusual activity
• respond to incidents and communicate with site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
