What you'll do

• Develop seasonal and annual buying strategies aligned with sales, margin, and inventory goals
• manage category performance and open-to-buy budgets
• analyze trends, competition, customer insights, and sales
• build assortments and manage inventory investment
• negotiate with vendors and maintain vendor relationships
• collaborate on private-label and category expansion initiatives
• guide pricing, replenishment, markdowns, and product launches
• lead and develop buyers and assistant buyers
• travel domestically and internationally as needed.
