The Quality Control Manager (QCM) — Federal Construction role is onsite in New Orleans, Louisiana, with normal onsite operations Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; the posting states $80,000–$120,000 per year. Arrowhead Contracting provides maintenance, construction, and renovation services on military bases throughout the U.S. Southeast. This role supports successful project completion and job-site safety by inspecting field work, monitoring compliance with quality and safety requirements, coordinating trades and schedules, and addressing field issues. The manager also prepares reports and look-ahead schedules, leads safety and progress meetings, and serves as a government site liaison.

What you'll do

• Inspect field work for quality and client expectations
• check safety standards and worker compliance
• complete safety reports
• monitor job progress
• hold weekly progress meetings
• prepare three-week look-aheads
• serve as government site liaison
• lead daily site safety meetings and prepare safety presentations
• oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, trade coordination, site safety, work sequencing, recovery strategies, and compliance with approved contract documents
• communicate with owners and architects/engineers to resolve field issues.
