The Corporate Associate Attorney – Mergers and Acquisitions role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with compensation of $210,000–$250,000 per year. The attorney manages corporate transactions from due diligence through closing, drafts and negotiates transaction and entity documents, and advises clients on acquisitions, governance, and related business needs in coordination with attorneys across practice areas.

What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate stock purchase, asset purchase, and merger agreements and related documents
• manage transactions through due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and closing
• coordinate multidisciplinary transaction teams
• form and capitalize business entities
• draft and negotiate governance agreements and commercial contracts
• advise corporate clients on acquisition strategies and ongoing legal needs
• assist with governance, securities, compliance, and filings as appropriate.

Why this role
