What you'll do

• Generate and service leads
• sell memberships and provide customer service
• greet members and guests
• conduct studio previews
• maintain an organized reception area
• respond to member requests and concerns
• onboard clients and complete documentation
• communicate with guests and members by email and phone
• maintain a referral program
• work with the fitness team
• participate in training programs, community events, social media promotions, and 1–2 scheduled workouts per week
• complete daily studio cleaning.
