What you'll do

• draft, negotiate, and oversee complex customer, supplier, and M&A agreements
• support integration of acquired entities and corporate governance
• manage disputes with business teams, insurers, risk functions, and external counsel
• support compliance reporting and investigations
• train business colleagues on legal and compliance principles
• collaborate with global legal colleagues
• lead and develop the commercial legal team.
