What you'll do

• Use sourcing techniques to identify and attract technical and nontechnical candidates, including diverse talent pools
• engage candidates through personalized outreach by email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• build and maintain candidate pipelines
• partner with hiring managers and recruiters on sourcing strategies
• monitor industry trends and hiring practices
• support a positive candidate experience
• maintain candidate information in the ATS and other databases while ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
