What you'll do

• Address buyer objections and identify suitable options
• register prospects and follow up
• set purchase expectations
• guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, current-home sale, finish selections, construction, and closing
• coach and support sales-team members
• assess buyer needs, ability to buy, and timing
• explain the building process and home value
• understand conventional, FHA, and VA financing and tax benefits
• respond to leads, review plans, coordinate customized design ideas with construction, and work with banks on financing.
