What you'll do

• Maintain physical structures and safety standards
• inspect the community
• identify and resolve maintenance issues
• track work orders and make-ready progress in YARDI
• maintain fire sprinkler, backflow, panel, and alarm compliance
• care for tools, equipment, and supplies
• report equipment malfunctions and safety incidents
• provide hospitable service and support resident satisfaction and retention.
