HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Allentown, PA. Compensation is $40–$55 per hour. RimePro Inc seeks a technician with commercial experience serving office buildings, retail spaces, schools, and other commercial facilities. The technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role supports safe, reliable building operations through preventive maintenance, accurate service documentation, and responsive client communication.

What you'll do

• Install, inspect, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and ductwork
• perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• comply with codes and safety standards
• maintain service records and work orders
• communicate service updates and repair recommendations
• assist with startup and commissioning
• respond to emergency service calls
• maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Why this role
