Manufacturing Associate

Job overview

The Manufacturing Associate role is onsite in Auburn Hills, MI, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour. The position supports daily production operations involving fasteners and metal components. The role works with machine operators, supervisors, and other team members to meet deadlines and product standards.

What you'll do

• Handle raw materials and finished products
• load, unload, sort, and package fasteners and metal components
• assist machine operators with setup, operation, and changeovers
• perform visual quality inspections
• operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes safely
• maintain production and inventory records
• prepare shipments
• maintain clean work areas and follow 5S, company, quality, and OSHA safety procedures.

Why this role

Forklift, pallet jack, or overhead crane experience is a plus. Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
