What you'll do

• Prepare and portion ingredients to recipe specifications
• prepare sauces, stocks, dressings, and other mise en place as directed
• maintain a clean, sanitary workstation
• assist kitchen staff during meal service
• label and store food using FIFO procedures
• monitor inventory and report low stock
• support dishwashing and end-of-shift cleaning.
