What you'll do

• Assist with apartment make-ready work, including painting, drywall repair, cleaning, and general repairs
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• maintain grounds and common areas
• help maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
• recommend repairs or replacements
• comply with Fair Housing laws and standards.
